Odeabank, completing their 4th year with an above-target growth performance, received 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze awards in the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, which is considered as one of the world's most prestigious award programs. In the competition, Odeabank was one of the two companies that received the most awards from Turkey.
Odeabank impressed once again with its achievements in the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, which is considered as one of the world's most prestigious award programs. Odeabank Contact Center received a total of 4 awards in the Stevie Awards 2017. Odeabank Contact Center was selected as the “Best Customer Service Team of the Year” in all categories, also receiving a gold award for the “Best Marketing Solution of the Year”.
Odeabank, receiving the silver award in “Customer Services Innovation Award” in the Financial sector and the bronze award in “Contact Center of the Year (more than 100 employees)” was one of the two companies that received the most awards from Turkey and the bank that won the most golden Stevie awards.
