*Transfer service for distances up to 2,000 TL will be covered by our bank. Airport transfer is valid for travels of up to 4 people. You can benefit from the service by calling the Private Card Customer Service Line at 0212 275 84 44, 24/7. A nominal charge will be made from your Private Card when making a reservation. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours before the flight, and during peak periods such as holidays and New Year, it is recommended to make reservations 5 days in advance. Details of the vehicle picking you up will be sent via SMS 4 hours before the transfer service.

Interest-Free Installment with No Transaction Limit

With your Odeabank Private Card , you can divide your transactions made in a single installment ranging between 300 TL - 3,000 TL for up to 2 months with no fees or interest. For transactions between 3,001 TL - 25,000 TL, you can opt for installment payments for up to 6 months with interest.

Details:

  • You can convert your immediate purchases into installments through instructed installment payment.
  • Single payment purchases can be converted into installments if they fall within the billing cycle. After the statement is issued, installment arrangements cannot be made.
  • There is no fee for directed installment arrangements. However, the interest rate applied during installment arrangements is the same as the contractual interest determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).
  • You cannot request another installment arrangement for a transaction that has already been arranged in installments.
  • You can cancel your directed installment request until your account statement date. In this case, the interest will be refunded. After the statement date, you can perform an early closing for cancellation requests. You can request early closings through 444 8 444 Odeabank Communication Center, Odea Application, Odeabank Internet Banking, and our branches.
  • You can only perform instruction-based installment transactions for public, education, and healthcare payments.
  • If the maximum installment count applied in the campaign exceeds the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) limits, installment arrangements can be made within the limits determined by the BDDK. (For example: Although 6 installments may be applicable under the campaign, according to BDDK regulations, only 3 installments may appear for your expenditure.)

  • The responsibility for ensuring that the sector information of the establishment where the purchase was made is accurately registered in the system lies with the establishment.

You can issue a maximum of 2 additional cards linked to your primary card. Through Odea Application, Internet Branch, and 444 8 444 Communication Center, individuals aged 18 and above, or 16 and above for Odeabank Branches, can apply for additional cards.
*Benefits like airplane ticket discounts and cashback are applicable. Discounts are reflected based on the combined spending of primary and additional cards.

Virtual Card

To make your internet and mail order purchases more secure, you can issue a virtual card and make your purchases quickly. Moreover, you can determine your limit yourself and pay no card fee.

Features:

  • You can apply for a virtual card via Odea Application, Odeabank Internet Banking, or 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Communication Center.
  • When using your virtual card, you can access your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC2) information through Odea Application and Odeabank Internet Banking.
  • Virtual cards are cards that are not physically printed.
  • You can track your virtual card expenses from your main card's statements.

Digital Slip

To reduce paper consumption used in POS devices, you can receive digital documents instead of physical slips for your purchases made from physical POS with your credit card.

You can choose digital slip for all your transactions or only for contactless transactions below the limit by calling 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Communication Center or through Odea Application; Banking -> All -> Cards -> Credit Cards -> Choose Card -> Upper right settings -> Digital Slip Settings menu.

You can inquire, view, and share digital slips for transactions made within the last 6 months. This way, you can quickly and easily track your expenses while contributing to the environment.

USD Currency Statement

You can receive the statement of your Odeabank Private Card in TL or TL/USD. This way, your purchases made abroad or in foreign currency will be added to your USD statement, and you can easily pay from your USD account.

Limit Increase

You can receive your Odeabank Private Card statement either in TL or in TL/USD. This way, your purchases made abroad or in foreign currency will be added to your USD statement, allowing you to easily pay from your USD account
